Announcing Aaron Hutton as RHP’s New Assistant Director

Rainbow Harmony Project is excited to welcome Aaron Hutton (he/him) as our new Assistant Director.

Aaron has been a longtime supporter of RHP and recently sang with our adult choir as tenor section leader, where his musicianship and steady leadership made a meaningful impact. We’re thrilled to have him step into this expanded role.

Aaron has been performing on Winnipeg stages for more than twenty years. He’s an award‑winning tenor who has appeared as a soloist with the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra, Canzona, the Manitoba Chamber Orchestra, and Manitoba Opera, and has worked with many of Winnipeg’s leading theatre companies.

In 2025, he founded the Low Voice Collective, an inclusive tenor and bass ensemble that celebrates low‑voice choral repertoire while welcoming singers of all gender identities and expressions.

He holds both a Bachelor and Master of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Manitoba and is an alumnus of the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity.

Aaron brings strong artistic skills, a collaborative approach, and a genuine commitment to inclusive community music-making. We’re looking forward to the energy and expertise he’ll bring to our choirs this season and beyond.
